Mission

Raise the Standards  
Let's give animals quality of life.

Our mission is to raise the standards and create welfare friendly living environments for dogs in shelters throughout Europe, starting with Romania.

This includes protection from the cold, a place to feel safe, veterinary care when needed, something comfortable to lay on and enough space to have a quality of life while living in a shelter environment. We promote responsible rehoming, adoption and spay campaigns as well as raising awareness to encourage kindness to animals. Improve laws and ensure current regulations are implemented to enhance the well-being of dogs in Eastern Europe. This is crucial to address issues like overpopulation, homelessness, neglect and cruelty.

A European collaboration to help homeless dogs.

We will achieve our goals by collaborating with other organisations and lawmakers, conducting public awareness campaigns and advocating for policies that prioritize animal welfare, such as stricter regulations on breeding and increased penalties for cruelty.

When donating through Raising standards we provide full transparency and ensure your donation is spent in the best possible way. We buy the materials such as fences, dogs houses and the straw ourselves to make sure it is delivered to the shelters.
